Overview
Sprinklr is a software company that provides customer experience management tools across a number of applications. Working on a short-term contract, I was asked to develop 20 customer stories to be featured on the new website and to compile over 40 summary slides for an internal presentation deck. Moreover, I designed a prospective customer story landing page and Sprinklr-Amazon partnership page. In terms of visual design, I was asked to follow Sprinklr's new brand guidelines and to adhere to any existing templates.
